It is -I hope- quite clear that the estate owns the recordings.

The party that will press, market, distribute the discs will want exclusivity.

Tidal is in the way in that regard.

But if the price is right, Tidal is not a big problem anymore...

TGE is on Tidal. Pretty much every album in his catalogue except for Emancipation, 3121, and Musicology are on Tidal.

No I’m saying if official videos can go up on YouTube why can’t the albums become available on more platforms than Tidal? That’s why I wondered if there’s legal reasons this stuff is only on Tidal right now.
