INTERACTIVE CD ROM Can anybody help me?
I tried playing this over the weekend and there's something wrong with it. It works fine until I get into the foyer and click all the bits to open the doors, but as soon as I try to go through I get the following warning message; Program has caused an error in NVDISP.DRV. Program will now close. What does this mean? And how do I fix it? Some people are like Slinkies...
They're good for nothing but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Try rebooting after changing the display to 640 x800 - then run the program. I don't know if that will work but it's worth a shot. You may need a new driver for your monitor.

Most manufacturers are continually updating them and will usually upload them on their web site. . [This message was edited Tue Apr 15 14:37:04 PDT 2003 by Jestyr]

Run the program in Windows 95 emulation mode.
You should be able to copy the entire folder structure on the cd into a directory a directory on the Hard Drive. Create a shortcut to the main exe. Check the properties of that shortcut and run in emulation mode. That or run from WinDOS. (shut down to a dos prompt) Also, make sure you have all updates to Windows ME and your video drivers as well. NVidia should have updted drivers for your card. Drop down to 16bit color too. That might help.
