Holy cow... after a wait of over 21 years, I have finally seen the "Dinner With Delores" video.

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but when "Chaos And Disorder" was about to be released, WB released three Quicktime clips of the video, that you could actually download. They were postage stamp-sized, but I watched them over and over in the weeks leading up to the album's release.

However, I didn't have cable back in the day, nor did I have any other die-hard Prince fans in my stable that could acquire the video and tape it. So I've been waiting for two decades to see this video.

It's cute! Very playful, like the song. Interesting that Prince was rocking the sleeveless vest, and he kept his shades on through the entire clip, right up until the end.

Whew. This is pretty much the end of the WB years, so I guess this is the last batch of videos we're going to get. At least now I can watch "Raspberry Beret" a zillion times in high quality.
