Has a demo/guide track of this ever surfaced? I'd even settle for a full version of the Purple Medley snippet (I'm assuming the snippet was a re-record from that time period, and not the actual demo from the 80's...if one exists).

There was a topic here a while ago that I can't find with a list of outtakes that were stolen from someone and I remember that Prince's version of The Family album was on there and Romance 1600 jams, I think his version would be on that latter.
