Thanks, Latin!! I know that Prince would love having Ms. Knight, a living legend, to honor him. Having it at the NMAAHC would make it all the more special. heart

biggrin

My all time favourite female artist (kind of obsessed with Gladys.K) singing.... well, Prince. Back in the 80's when I was a teenager raiding my mum's vinyl collection, I came across Gladys Knight for the first time, and when I got to know songs like Daddy Could Swear, I Declare, On & On, and I've Got To Use My Imagination, I could just hear Prince doing those songs in my head. One tinge of disappointment from seeing Prince live myself twice, and seeing countless hundreds of clips of him performing live, I saw him cover dozens and dozens of major vintage soul/R&B artists, but never heard him cover Gladys.

This brief clip at least allows me finally to see one of them honour the other live. biggrin

So tributes are not for the fans? Well, then why is this reported here? Let's ignore it.
