I find myself asking this because there is a TV advert on British telly at the moment for his and her scent (I think it's Hugo Boss) and it made me think about P's 'Girls and Boys' and how well-suited the song would be to a commercial for a uni-sex product / company.
.
If not cologne / perfume, maybe GAP clothing would 'fit well' with the song.

So - if you were in charge of licensing Prince's music, or someone working in marketing, what products would you match up to particular songs, or vice versa?

Obviously, you'd use "Little Red Corvette" for Lyrica.

I, 4 1, wouldn't mind hearing Prince's music used in many different mediums. I've always thought that his music wasn't used enough when it was definitely good enough. He has in IMO many songs that could enhance movies or commercials, plays, etc. Nowadays U have 2 drill songs n2 the mind of the consumer , i know some of U r purists, so am I but I've always wanted Prince's music 2 be played everywhere 4 me 2 njoy and 4 and new 1s 2 discover. Ever since he departed i feel like whenever, or however his music comes out now that, at least its going 2 go towards him not being 4gotten.

Having said that, in the last couple of years of his life, he evidently changed his mind about its commercial usage, given that he promoted his new licensing arrangements in the media, saying something along the lines of it now being available for use in movies / adverts, etc.

It seems to me that he was having to become more pragmatic in his last years on Earth; I have no doubt that we'll start to see his music being featured more prominently on the screen - and, I guess, it had his blessing...

In the meantime, can we expect to see 'Cream (get on top)' in adverts for coffee whitener?

I've heard a snippet of 'Look at Me, Look at U' a few times used in a commercial on TV in Minnesota. It's a quick snip, but it's there. I haven't made it in time to see who is using it, in which commercial.
