Although it may be symbolism,I really don't think the "Something Big" is a reference to the rumour that Mani is having a baby.

After what happened back in '96, I think anything as such will never go down again (as far as publicity is concerned)

Think about it.

What has been the point of topic on org (and the tone of the org) in the last few weeks?

-Where is Prince?
-When is the Club back?
-The title of the next album is...
-Has he moved to Canada?
-Prince has pulled down his / father's house
-Possessed, the new tell all book
-Prince's health problems (Hep C rumours, Heart palpitations, vomiting, hospital stays, prescription drug addiction)
-Wendy & Lisa should apologise for being gay

...etc, etc.

If u were Prince, how would u feel?

I think it's obvious that this video teaser is a distraction for fams before more things get dug up.
I think there's no doubt that "Something Big" is coming, I just think the timing of this teaser is interesting.

Two days ago, the whole tone of the org was about "did this really happen in the possessed book", and now it's almost like a different site, the fams seem happy and eagerly awaiting the next release.

I think this little distraction has worked in Prince's favour

It's positive, let's see what comes next...

I do agree that it was time 4 some positivity from the purple headquarters. So it's good that we got the message that npgmc 2003 is just around the corner. I do think that it's unexpected that Mani is in this publicity teaser. We haven't seen that much of her besides pics taken at parties and basketball games. So it was interesting 2 see that she's included in the first thing we received about npgmc 2003...I wonder if she's going 2 play a bigger part regarding publicity

maybe the timing is something as simple as the folks over at NPGMC redesigned the site and just now finished it.
