Back when there was REAL Must See TV! I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

LOL Yes
no dvr, no internet or reshowing on another channel later I didn't trust the record-setting either, I needed to be there to press the button
I mean to see other extremely famous people actors and musicians dancing singing and clapping along with their fellow entertainer(s) was something you don't see anymore in that way.

Truly impressive. I bet that dropped mike at the beginning would have destroyed the whole set for many lesser entertainers.

Hunh, I remember Prince getting a lot of criticism when Around The World In A Day came out but I rushed down and bought a cassette (for my Walkman LOL) and I loved the whole album from the beginning. Still do... Sounded great on the headphones when I rode my bike to the beach! "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

I don't remember the show being aired on French TV at the time... Or perhaps it was on special cable channels (not everyone had it back then). It looks like we had really missed out! Life Matters
