i have a pretty good copy of it... and the lyric is dynamite, as in a stick of dynamite being really small but packing a big explotion. Such is prince, or so he says.  My copy of DataBank is a fairly clear one.Walking alone in the dark, I see nothing u see

A friend of mine got me a copy of it on the Cosmos boot...fairly good quality. I'm gonna play around with it on the computer...this song HAS TO BUMP~!! i love Prince's version. one of my favorite outtakes, by far. it's just so... perfect.

I love this version too. The Time's version sucks in comparison. Why the hell couldn't he leave well enough alone. He fucked up a lot of 85-87 tunes during the early 90's. We Can Funk is the absolute PRIME example. | |

The GB version of We Can Funk is just as funky as the original. It's just different. That shit is so strong towards the end where he's screaming like crazy in the background talking all that shit!! Damn that's funky as hell! It ain't fucked up, just different. | |

The Graffiti Bridge version of We Can funk is actually a remixing/reworking of a version that pre-dates the more simple bootleg version that seques out of Cant Stop This Feeling I Got...
