No it is not if the actor does not meet the requirement for the part. In the work place you cannot make it a requirement for a certain gender to have a job but I can have requirements that have to met in order to do the job. Race would be a requirement for this part. Well we know that this channel is about the highest quality possible, so if that chose a white actor to portray Prince it must be that he had such brilliance that transcended all the possible biracial or black actors.
