It doesn't take much fentanyl to kill a person, only a few grains. Therefore, since a pill is made up of a whole lot of grains of whatever substance, there's enough room in one pill to have enough fentanyl to kill 4 elephants, if not then no doubt enough in 2 pills. It's potent man-made stuff.
