I think it is the same one that is in Under The Cherry Moon. This is also the car he crashed out on the Paisley parking lot.

Apparently he was in two accidents with this car. One with Kim Bassinger and one whle racing on the lot at Paisley Park.

Susannah also mentioned that they were in a car accident once. I also just read in interview with Andre were he talked about how Prince would never follow the traffic laws and he once crashed a car and left it on Andre's mom's lawn.

yes, he was known for running red lights as well. One of the cars that he wrecked was his dad's prized T-Bird.

Back in the 80s my friend's relative worked for the MN DMV, and we once were able to cajole her into looking at Prince's info in the DMV database. The only interesting tidbit was that, at that time anyway, the address listed for him was for a house in some suburb (we figured it was maybe a lawyer's? address or something because it definitely wasn't where Prince lived) But yeah he was a notorious leadfoot going way back and he sped all the time in the cities, but, especially in Chanhassen, if he was pulled over the police usually looked the other way (meaning, they let him off with a warning. after warning. after warning. )

In the court file he had one ticket in 2010 for speeding.

Yeah like I said in my previous comment, he didn't get ticketed when he'd get stopped by the cops - they would just tell him to slow it down or whatever.
