I have no idea. But just today I was talking to a friend who's mother was in a coma -- right before fallin ill-- she told her children she had a will drawn up and they would get the house and most of her money-- but her new husband, went home while his wife was in the hospital and, in my friend's words, "tore up every will that didn't have his name in it" and the kids got nothing. Prince was wishy washy. He went through lawyers. He might have drawn up many wills. Mayte said he had one. Manuela said he had one. No one's even claimed to have found those. Where are they? |

This is a GREAT question. If they hadn't been formally revoked they would have full force and effect. Where are they? |

Great questions from the last 2 posts, I bet both of those ex-wives are correct. They should know or maybe know where were they kept when they were married to him? Like yaw asked, Where are they , is it, or Where was it?
Maybe he got rid of them as he may have made one when he was still with her/them and after divorced, he had to or wanted things different in them now that they were no longer part of his life..

of course, but from a legal perspective, if they still exist and have not been legally disavowed, they are still in force. So far, no lawyer has come forward and admitted drawing up a will during either marriage, and no lawyer has come forward and said, "Look what I just found in my files under 'Prince'"...you know, maybe he just told both wives they were in his will to placate them....no witnesses to his signing one have ever spoken up either. The plot thickens. |

The plot thickens. obviously he replaced mayte with mani in any will, and if mani thought she had any claim to anything prince, she would have been the first one in line...safe to say both ex wives know for sure they are not in line for anything, which tells us both wills have been vacated... |

True that. But wondered could he have done a hand drafted one after his marriages and that one was destroyed by someone? What does the average wise person do; live it with a Trusted Lawyer? Because as someone said above a pissed off family member could destroy it if they find out their left out of the will or don't like they "cut"! |

OR they leave it in a safey deposit box in a Swiss bank; like the one that Kirk may have visited during his 'vacation' to Switzerland while Prince's ashes were still cooling. |
