The first two parts didn't gave me the answers I was hoping for. Much ado about nothing. Either she didn't know the answer because she wasn't part of the people who makes decisions or either she couldn't tell us what the estate will turn into. Someone at wb could give us more answers. So start a q&a with someone who does know and does make decisions. It was more an attempt to be liked by the prince fans. So not really impressed by all this. To much effort and nothing to show for.

I found it pretty articulate. What I understood (from memory) is:

- The family has no control on the estate at the moment.

- The family is trying to regain control of the estate ASAP, but they don't know when it's gonna happen.

- The family hopes to do a better job at releasing vault material and reissues than WB did with PR Deluxe.

- When they have regained control, the family is more inclined to create an independant label and an online store to release the material than to go through a major.

- The family wishes to release as much material as possible.

- The family is capable of dealing gracefully with their disagreements and to manage such a project.

- The family may decide that certain material is unfit for release, out of respect for Prince, if they believe he wouldn't have wanted it out.

I may have misunderstood certain things but this is what I understood and it seemed pretty clear and sensible to me. If my understanding of Sharon's replies is correct, I must say that I am very pleased with the family's intentions save maybe for the last point (I'd rather have everything out, of course, being a completist). Now how much of this is wisdhful thinking and how much will happen and when remains to be seen. But I can't judge anything else than the intentions as stated for the moment, so I'm more than willing to wait and see.
