I have listened to it and, yes, she implies that that might have played a role. She got fired over inappropriate photos taken inside PP. I don't really think we are getting the full picture here. She doesn't explain what happened in those pics. If they were bad enough to get fired over, there must be more to the story imo.

Where is that pic where they were all in a cheerleading pyramid one on top of the other pose? (it has disappeared off her page), that if anyone fell there could of been serious injuries. A bunch of black chicks and one or two white chicks who all got fired. Who would even do that in the house of Prince!

Me and others in the org chat room were discussing the group cheer leader pyramid pose pic on June 29th. Others mentioned they had seen that too.

Also, they were wearing their work shirts -- off the clock or not that shirt represents the employer.

One pic was of the conga line (in their PP work shirts), the 2nd pic was of the cheerleader pyramid (also wearing their work shirts).

Laura, disrespectful horseplay, wearing your work uniforms and posing for silly pictures in the office and posing them on social media, will get you fired from Walgreens. This caper was done inside Paisley Park. . I saw both photos. This was unprofessional behaviour. .

. Yes. Everyone knows there is a "no photos" policy at Paisley. It should not be a surprise. As for management and racism: Kirk Johnson is employed there. He's not the only AA there. .

Did you listen? Because if you did not refrain from commenting and until you listen.

My wife and I were planning on going in mid September, but PP's not even taking reservations for that time yet. Now to hear about potential turmoil and staffing issues, I'm hoping there's something to tour. It's not the main reason we're going to MPLS, but while we're there I'd absolutely love to visit.

2) Admits to being angry on her video but now has calmed down.

3) Things people should see go out to vest.

5) Complaints. It appears that the HR polices are not clear, pay is very low and HR issues need to be addressed. These are not things related to racism and many small business have these issues.

6) No black people working in upper management. KJ is not a manger, He is working as a consultant per his contract with the Comerica. Diversity is important and a little weird that they cannot find anyone to work in an upper management positon that might have some knowledge.

7) Tour guides are still not knowledgeable about Prince after almost a year. Should pay more due to the distance from the city.

8) All guides are part -time and the staff was recently reduced meaning more work for those remaining same low pays.

9) Her concerns are valid, she was not yelling and she is a longtime fan who generally seems concerned.

Stop assuming the worst all the time. As fans, we want the property to stay afloat and one of the reasons the estate is having problems is the refusal to listen to anyone that was a fan or an associate that may be able to help.

All one sided from a disgruntled employee who gets sympathy from fams who think anyone involved with the estate, PP, etc. is not to be trusted. I’m sure the people running PP right now have more important things to worry about than the diversity of management. I’d worry more about the knowledge of the tour guides than the skin color of anyone. As far as I’m concerned Prince fans don’t have a color.

One of her concerns is the current tour guides do not have any knowledge. So you kind of agree with her and diveristy is important since the artist in question is African- American and he managed to have divese work force.

Ronchelle was our tour guide when we were last there!!!!! She was awesome I thought!!

They should have people who are knowlegeable of Prince and the things that are on display, they can't not assume people know a lot about Prince. Diversity matters in today's world. They need to paid people more because the place is far and they are charging an arm and a leg for the tours and such. As time goes by I they make inprovements how they run the place and how they treat workers. This lady makes some interesting and good points. It did make me sad to hear that some people were laughing when some people got a emotional seeing Prince's urn and people making rude comments.
