Come Home is seriously one of those special songs The kind of song that really resonates with me. One of those that reminds that no one can do it like P. Songs like this are why I'm such a big fan. It's so well written and the vocals are so smooth and sultry. There's this vulnerability in them that's so hard hitting. Its like the end of Just My imagination on small club. Plus the woo and scream at the end. I'm in Love with it. I can't stop playing it. I can't believe stuff like this is in the vault. How could he give this song away??? |

Just one of the many great songs he gave away, just shows the genius and generosity of the great man. I only just discovered this song recently too, it really is beautiful. He gave some great songs to that Mavis Staples album, i love his version of "Train" also. We're here, might as well get into it. | |

Yes, it is one of my favorites of the recent leaks. It has such a classic R&B vibe that I'm sure it would have been a major hit at the time had he chosen to release it to the R&B/Urban stations. |
