Then watch the entire video. It looks like a costume designer has been inspired by Prince. Words in sleeves, the 3rd eye, etc.
Too bad the clothes don't fit well.

Perhaps, but it has never been uncommon for Nudie suits to have words on them.

The same women who did designs for Jenny Lewis and Nikki Lane (always assumed she did her own designs) did these fully manufactured bros, too. Ft. Lonesome is the name.

Looks like they have sold other designs with they eye (including a fat band which I'm sad is sold out).

I like Midland. They have a song called "Drinkin' problem" which is really good.

The third eye had been around for A LONG time, it's not something Prince came up with. In fact, there was a kid's show on Nickelodeon in the 80's called "The third eye".

Yeah, Shane McNally is a hell of a songwriter. I think Midland is really just a manufacture vehicle for his songs. Songs which I am typically very glad to listen to.
