It was over far too soon (and not just the video)...

This isn't a new doc, it's Purcell signalling to others that he's sitting on raw footage that can be used that he has the rights to. Hence the "sample elements" in the text on the video, as well as the mention of his production company and an email address. There's virtually nothing here that he hasn't already posted much longer versions of. You can't make a documentary with some backstage and rehearsal footage from one concert.

I personally don't care why steve purcell posted this (and the 2 other shorter snippets I know) I'm just grateful he did cuz ... I like to watch

This would be worth seeing purely - imho - because this is where he stopped being Prince and started being PRINCE AND THE NEW POWER GENERATION! and became all shouty and a touch less musiciany for a while. It's interesting to see the warm-up moments, on guitar and piano. It's a completely different person to the stage persona he employed at the time (again, imho) and his "star" suffers from that. I seem to recall NUDE as being promoted as a music show - a chance to see Prince perform in his purest state...there was the irony of the loops and the Game Boyz and the chugging staging...so, seeing a full documentary of this tour would be fascinating from a "watching Prince" perspective. Now, if only we had a similar set of documentary footage from an earlier tour to compare this too...?
