Yes, I remembered that he was a big Prince fan and about the symbol on his bass, but I think it really reflects on Prince's musicianship when even the stars are HUGE fans. He is a star's star.

Are there any other examples of stars "famming" out over Prince?

I posted anothr thread about this and Prince music being played before the G N' R show here last week. Just a week and a half earlier I saw the Blondie/Garbage concert and Debbie Harry spoke about how they had all been out to Paisley Park the day before. I guess it is becoming a place to go for touring musicians!
