Get Wild (Video Mix) - Reference CD Question Perhaps a question for the more elite collectors out there but last year I came into possession of a Get Wild CD promo which has just one track on it; 'The Video Mix'. Now as far as I can tell there aren't any differences between this and the Exodus album version. So my question is: has anyone come across this before, and what differences in the mix am I missing, if any? It's been a while since I've watched the video clip so I can't recall whether there *should* be a difference, and Princevault makes no mention of any other mixes outside of those on the maxi-single. The promo itself looks like a reference CD used for mastering purposes and features text from Edel, the label which I believe distributed the NPG stuff during this time, so it certainly looks legit. Any help would be much appreciated!

What length is the track on the CD?
Can you post a picture? | |

I don't have it to hand at the moment but as far as I can recall it's the same length as the album version, maybe an odd second or two out. Will take pics when I'm back home

Does it have the "but you do like music?" sample at the start? The album misses this and another sample later on too iirc. . Can't find the promo video online to check, only TV performances.

Can't check properly while at work but I think the video version has Mayte's full Spanish shouting bit and the sample 'but you do like music' and one or two other noises/samples. I'm sure it's longer than Exodus version

Yeah, the full 'video mix' is longer than the album version. Similar to the 'Club Mix' from the Wild Experience maxi single but more like a regular 'extended version' of the album track. There were 2 videos released. One was the full-length or extended version and the other was edited down to the album version. [Edited 7/31/17 8:54am] 3121... Don't U Wanna Come?

Ok, so it says 'Video Version' and not 'Video Mix'. It clocks in at 4:35 (so a whole 2 seconds longer than the album version ) and doesn't include the sample at the start. After another listen, I'm still struggling to hear any differences and I'm now starting to think it's simply been mislabelled...
