He was a very important part of my life since the early 1980's, although I never had the chance to meet him, shake his hand and say 'Thank you.' He will live on in his music. Hello, Sharon Nelson!

Your brother meant a great deal to me and had a massive impact on my life. I would not be the me that I am, had it not been for his crafting the soundtrack of my life as it was lived and allowing me the privilege of experiencing his truly extraordinary journey- along the way - in my own way.

For that, I will be eternally grateful to him and any sacrifices he made along the way.

With that being said, along with my sincerest condolences...and NOT getting myself banned...thank you for doing this and welcome to The Org!

Thanks for doing this Sharon! I heard recently that there are four unreleased Prince & The Revolution albums in the vault. What are the chances that we will get to finally see those released in the next couple of years?

My heartfelt condolences to your family and thank you for sharing with us Ms. Sharon. It was a blessing to meet Prince in Vegas and be able to tell him to his face how much his artistry meant to me. I wonder if he kept what I gave him?


Anyway, you probably can't answer that but perhaps you can tell us when and if the 3121 movie or any other video will be released other than what is already out?

Also, what is the one memory that you will cherish most about your brother?

1. When additional unreleased music might be released as strictly standalone releases from the vault?

2. If there is a chance that there might be consideration of a release of a book of unreleased poetry / lyrics from Prince's notebooks as we have often heard how prolific he was in regards to writing. This man had such a unique mind and view of the world which we would all like to have better insight into.

I am wondering if there are any plans to re-issue out-of-print albums such as Diamonds and Pearls, , Emancipation, and Musicology. Diamonds and Pearls (my second favourite Prince album) was one of his best-selling albums, yet it is virtually impossible to purchase new copies of it in CD form from major retailers, both in brick-and-mortar stores or online.

I am a former elementary special education teacher and am wondering if the Estate has considered working with a publisher to create Prince-related children's books in order to provide younger generations with greater exposure to Prince. Here are 2 examples:

- A biography about Prince that is appropriate for children

- An illustrated version of "Starfish and Coffee" in which the song's lyrics are the words and an illustrator would make illustrations.

Hi Sharon, thanks for joining us. Like everybody else I'd like to express condolences to your family for the loss of your wonderful brother. He meant the world to us too.

Question 1: what is your favourite Prince song/album?

Question 2: I don't know how much input you have regarding reissues but could you pressure labels to fact check for future releases? The liner notes of the PR reissue contained a lot of errors regarding recording details. I'm sure the experts here on the Org or PrinceVault would be only too pleased to help in this regard.

Hear are my 3 main questions:

1) What is the current state of the vault, are you still going through it?

2) When can we expect official Prince music DIRECT from the estate/vault being released? does the Estate have a proper plan or strategy for releasing vault material once it has been catalogued?

3) Does the Prince estate approve of Warner Brothers new releases and is vault material being passed onto them for re release?

Ms. Nelson, thank you for this opportunity. Are there any plans to release all of Prince's tours as both video (DVD) and audio? If so, will there be multiple releases from each tour, such as three different shows from the Dirty Mind Tour and three different shows from the Controversy Tour? Additionally, if this is being considered, then what about the possibility of releasing the tours--video and audio--from an independent website so that fans can purchase/download individual songs--audio and video--from each show of each tour as well. For instance, we could purchase/download an entire show—audio or video—for $19.99 or purchase/download one song—audio or video—for $0.99. Again, thank you for this opportunity to pose a question, and I hope that you and your family continue to gain comfort and strength.
