I remember reading this ages ago and hoping it would materialise. The thing is, it could be Prince talking bollocks.

Longer alternate mixes of most of his discography could be created from the source material. Almost everything has been edited in some sense. It needn't be limited to discussing an individual track unless it concerns a rare or recently circulating outtake.
