Indeed! I started collecting in 1984 when I bought the 45 for "Let's go crazy". Some of these leaks are stuff of legend. It's sparked me to listen to a lot of Prince today.

I suppose it all depends on whether there's a significant improvement in sound quality overall (beyond a bit of tweaking). There are quite a few old favourites on that set that I'd love to have in near perfect quality.

i'm fairly certain people who had (heard) it when it was discussed a while back
said it was 6+ minutes long. so i'm thinking the same thing.

i don't really see the point anymore in sharing these songs if they cut them up,
make them mono, very audibly watermark them and just make them worse in
sound overall.

i'd rather have 2 new outtakes in all their glory, like adonis & bathsheba, than
have 2 dozen ones in bad sound and of dubious origin where we don't know if
it's the whole song or not etc.
