Rhino LP remasters

So i searched the forum, and there's lots of little pieces about people waiting for these to come out and then discuss each in time.

But I wanted to make an easy list to clarify.

So were all of the WB albums reissued around 2009 on Rhino and remastered for Vinyl? Discogs makes no mentioned of Parade for example.

It's just four, which is Dirty Mind, Controversy, 1999, and Purple Rain if I'm not mistaken

Discogs is ok as a slight reference point but it is user generated content and the Prince catalogue is a disgraceful mess!

The Parade re-issue was 2016. There are a few re-issue lists on this forum.

Yep. Most of the other WB catalog was remastered & put out on vinyl in 2015-ish. I have For You, and Prince. The rest are out there, and if you search Amazon, just check the release date in the product details. The 4 in question above have all gotten high marks from most people. I can attest that DM sounds so much nicer.

WB set out to reissue all albums ending with Come. So far theyve only reissued upto Sign O The Times. Initially The Black Album was gonna be released but they later said it wouldnt be released. Shortly after releasing Sign O The Times they said they stopped reissuing Lovesexy through to Come. Now theyre gonna issue 4ever on vinyl but there is no mention of reissuing other vinyl so far. I preordered all reissues on vinyl through a record store in Sydney to no avail. I was looking forward to these reissues but unfortunately WB will not reissue more vinyl unless its gonna make money.

Moreover, Rhino is Warner's label specialized in legacy catalogs reissues.
Highly respected label (I don't know these days though, they probably suffered from the financial/operative struggles of WB).
