The short answer is it's none of anyone's business.
The other answer is he had people do it. I doubt Prince was sitting down with a 1040 and writing out his taxes. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |

He did then Pat continued to go around pretending to still work for Prince and actually took money from venues and promoters on Prince's behalf for concerts that Prince did not know anything about.
Prince even gave sworn affidavids for the resulting lawsuits. I believe he may have continued to lie and pass himself as working for Prince in order to steal the church.
According to Dr.Funkenberry the perfume judgement went against Prince because Patrick did not show up for court.
