You know its bad when you forget you already own something and buy it again!

Went on a 180 gram vinyl buying spree and got carried away I guess.

Somehow managed to buy AWTWIAD 1985 vinyl twice! Just wanted to replace my beat up original which had lost the flap and the sticker and now have 2!.....s'all good it was only $25 and I guess I can keep one sealed.

Also pretty sure I just bought yet another Jill Jones CD.

LOL

(BTW they never released Parade or SOTT in 180 grams right?)

I used to have the same issues until i opened up a Discogs account, they let you keep track of all music you have bought. Saved me from rebuying things. I used to be so bad and bought things up to 3x in some cases lmfao. Now it's just a quick search and voila!

Even though I keep a database of all purchases and 'wants', I still managed to buy two copies of The Time's Chocolate USA 12inch single - but six months apart.

I certainly remember bining the first copy and kept the second.

However, I bought two copies of Wendy And Lisa'a Waterfall UK 12inch single, as I loved the song and cover so much - no logic in that at all LOL.

lol

Nah...looks like they've been reissued but not in 180. Not sure it makes much difference so I may pick them up anyway.

They definitely have. Every album from For You to SOTT got a remastered release on 180g vinyl. I've got them sat in a box not five feet away from me.

For reals? I thought only DM, Contr, 1999 and PR were officialy released as 180 and the recent reissues which include ATWAID, Parade, SOTT etc. are standard 140

I just checked them with digital scales and you're right, they're 140g.

You don't need scales to tell you there is a difference in weight. Despite such a small difference it's instantly noticeable.
