I was working at a university during the summer and couldn't find anyone to go with me because most of my friends had went home for the summer and my co-workers tried to convince me that Prince was lame and that Bruce Springsteen was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I fell more deeply in lust/love with Prince that I thought was imaginable, vowed to meet him one day and couldn't stand the ground that Apollonia stood on! I was excited and sad at the end of the movie....sad because it was over; but interestingly enough I think I only went back to see it 1 more time. Oh the music.... When Doves Cry was my favorite then and now.
