Curious ? About Landscapers/ Paisley Park.... Silly but curious thought....anyone ever find out/ know who did the grass cutting etc at his spot? If he kept the same crew & they came week after week in the Summer...just wonder if he ever came out complaining about something or if he brought out some ice water to the workers ...or had others do it for him....were the workers who showed up allowed to use the bathroom? Did they have to start at a certain time? Day? Could be a story there...jus' sayin'.....confidentiality agreement for landscapers? Maybe they can't chirp lol.

Actually, you have an interesting curiousity. I often wondered about the "normal" affairs around PP. I also wondered about the cleaning crew and what they were restricted to. I bet they may have some interesting stories.

Interesting question. Are you talking about true landscapers? Or just a grass-cutting crew?
Doubtful that he brought out ice water, or let them use the restrooms.

Me being a painter, I always wondered who did the painting at Paisley Park. They had access to most of the building. I'm sure there's stories out there. I know I've seen lots of crazy shit in my days painting homes.

Do you think Prince had a housekeeper for his apartment at Paisley Park?

Are those people that maintained PP still there? Now, this would be an awesome project for a book! F S

He just had work done in Paisley Park to the soundstage area a few months before he passed and exhibits were already in the building. So could no work have been done. Also it was said the HVAC system needed some work no one said anything was leaking.
You realized that Graceland was going to have to spend money to turn it into a musuem and meet the codes for the zoning. Same money Prince would have had to spend.

They’ve recently done some landscaping to the Audubon Road side of the building.
When you do a tour you can definitely tell it’s an older building. I imagine they didn’t want to do too much to change it from when he was alive and living there. I do wonder if any parts of the upstairs will ever be added to the tours or if it will always be off limits. [Edited 7/3/17 12:29pm] Paisley Park is in your heart

My guess is no, simply because the building would have to be ADA compliant. Which means the elevator would have to be used.

Good point. Unless there was a way to install another elevator somewhere else. But maybe there isn’t anything upstairs worthwhile showing off. I thought they could use it for additional space to show off artifacts. Also the merchandising tent their using isn’t permanent and the city isn’t allowing another permit for it so that will have to go somewhere. Paisley Park is in your heart
