Michael Dean- oh man..need to take back some praise :)

Michael Dean and his Podcastjuice team have been killing it with one amazing interview after another. Susan Rogers....Eric Leeds' 4 hour interview...Scottie Baldwin?????? WOW. The man has been on a roll but today i heard the lady that says she speaks to Prince and I just started laughing. I have no idea why Michael would bring the lady on....

Michael...you are awesome but I have to say, take her down man!!!

Kidding..you, Big Sexy and the other dude (Miles fan) are just fantastic. I listen to your Podcasts repeatedly...

I agree with you.I personally don't think he gets enough credit for his podcast.

He's had some classic and insightful episodes for the Prince community for years now

and I think his Prince podcast should be a sticky with the other podast sites. wink wink

He obviously has a long history with Prince..and the knowledge is there. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, though...it's regular people talking about Prince. His interview shows are as good as the people who show up (luckily, Leeds, Rogers, Cymone all had lot's to say). As for album review shows, you can guarantee he'll stay on the fence. Still, it's a fan show/ podcast. Like Dr. Funk and the rest, it would be churlish to expect journalism.

I'm not expecting journalism because he's not a journalist and neither are any of the others who have posted or sticky podcast post. Most of the other podcasts are just opinions and their banter as well so what gives

I've brought this up before. It doesn't make sense that Peach & Black and Dr. Funk get stickys but Podcastjuice doesn't. I listen to and like all 3, but Michael Dean & crew having been doing it the longest and deserve as much love as the other two.

Definitely should have his shows stickified. Except perhaps the last one with the "psychic". Mike sounded like he wasn't really buying it but was respectful. A shame she was able to use his show to promote her business though. *

Love his podcast and interviews with relevant people.

*Just my opinion and for anyone who wants to hand over their hard earned, more power to you.

I like him too. I thought he was beginning to be open minded to her though. It was humorous in a way, cute...
But I do think there's some truth to what she said.
I believe that Prince came here in the little body he did BUT with a talent, to be challenged to overcome his smallness and use his gifts instead, in many ways.

I even think he chose his family so he would (along with maybe some quiet, self-willed, pre-adolescent stubbornness) be again, given challenges. The family challenges pushed him out on his own (thank God) and into a situation where he had to rise to meet his challenges even more.

I be,is e he had God with him before he got here.

So he had everything he needed inside of him, and the challenges needed to grow, too.

I believe what the guest on this podcast said also about Prince finishing his earthly karma.

--I think it was something to do to fill the time. He has Dave Hampton coming in next and I think this will be interesting as he has said a few things on Facebook that make him come off as a straight shooter.

Neither Micheal Dean or Dr. Funk's podcast have been stickied. Dr. Funk's usually get moved to associated artists including the ones with Dave Hampton and Scottie Baldwin. I think all the podcasts are great but there are some that obviously are favored here over others. Regardless if Dean interviews people from the "other side" or if Dr. Funk rubs people the wrong way because he was Prince's "guy", it's not cool. They all contribute to the community.

It is so refreshing to hear people speak with direct, unfiltered honesty.

What i love about them, is that when the interviewee is talking and in the mood to talk, he lets them. He doesn't interrupt and want to add his own "personality" He knows we are there to listen to whomever he has on and he respects us, and he respects his guest in doing so.

After all, the most important thing is documenting what those who were there have to say. It's important as we all have limited time here on earth. Hate to put it in those terms, but what he is doing is awesome. He is a historian in his own way.
