Bremer filed a letter regarding proposed schedules for discharging them from the Estate.

They state there are several outstanding issues:

Allegations regarding the Tribute Concert; and

Rescission of the UMG agreement.

Charlie's alleged loan to Jobu and Bremer's knowledge of the loan, and

Lonny's alleged misstatement to UMG regarding, and UMG's knowledge of, the rights of

Warner Bros for previously-released WB masters between 2018-2020

Bremer states they acted in good faith and relied on the advice of their expert agents and they should be discharged. Bremer states their reliance on the experts was reasonable and proper. Bremer argues the statements made to UMG were not knowingly false.

No, the large parcels have not been sold. Is there some bill coming due that the estate doesn't have money to pay? I wouldn't sell any real estate unless they had no choice. Certainly not the real estate across the street from Paisley. Hopefully one day they can use that land to expand PP.

I was thinking about the taxes due. Wasn't the Turks & Caicos property under contract? And I don't know about the Minneapolis region, but real estate in my area is still depressed in terms of price. Why hold on to properties which are not essential?
