Adonis & Bathsheba I believe this one is a masterpiece! anyone agree? The guitar in this one has so much feeling IMO. Makes me think how I could sometimes understand why Prince held things back (other times I did not) The masses just cannot dig songs like this. But it has atmosphere, tells a story and the lush musical textures resonate with me. |

I think it's one of the best things he ever did. Not sure what Susan Rogers was on, but I think this song is totally elevated in his canon because of just how unashamedly flamboyant and ridiculous it is. Would've been a sweet addition to Parade or Dream Factory. | |

I don't know what I was listening to previously. This song sounds totally different to me, now. The guitar solo is epic. It would be awesome if the Estate included this song on a Parade Deluxe. It sounds like that '86 era!
