17 Days (7" B-Side Edit) as Single

If 17 Days (7" B-Side Edit) was released today, would the A-side label say 17 Days (7" B-Side Edit)? What would the B-side include? Maybe Erotic City (7" B-Side B-Side Edit)?

How would people know when to flip over the MP3?
