Yes. That is another adorable shot of baby Prince. That is a rare photo of his mother. The other boy is Mattie Shaw's first-born child, Prince's older brother Alfred.

Thank you. Those are nice photos of just your average American family, with no clue that they were incubating one of the greatest musical talents the world will ever know. I believe those were taken on that same day as those two that Chazz posted on his Facebook with the rare shot of Miss Mattie sitting in the chair.

Speaking of photos on social media, I found this random photo posted, purportedly of Prince and his mother; however, I am not convinced. The woman does look like Mattie Shaw, but if I had to guess, I'd say that the little boy is not Prince. I could be wrong, though. It would help if I could see his eyes.

That's definitely Mattie...but that's not Prince. I think it's Omarr.

I think you're right. For a moment, I had forgotten about Omarr. This is a very nice photo of their mom. She was gorgeous.

Admittedly, she looks very different in this photo, but according to the short WCCO-TV documentary, History of Prince in Minnesota, this is Prince's mother, Mattie Shaw.

The boy in this photo, Omarr, definitely looks like an older, heavier version of the boy pictured above with Mrs. Mattie Shaw Baker.
