It's not available to purchase. If you can find the bootleg, The Work, it's on there.

It was technically available for purchase, because it was part of the NPG Music Club issue #6, as a MOV download. It was originally put on the Love4OneAnother site January 1, 2000.

There are video flash downloaders extensions for Chrome and Firefox (they seem to work better for me in Firefox). You can grab it that way.

I've found a lot of truth in the things Prince said during the opening monologue of that track. It wasn't until over a decade later that I found myself inadvertently adopting a lot of the same ideas. When I was reminded of "One Song", I went back and read it again. Prince was way ahead of his time, and a lot of people's sheeple ideology when he put this out.
