Do we know which version of "Housequake" appears on the Camille album? I know this album was never released but I note a few vinyl copies are out there. Is the Camille version of "Housequake" the same as the one that appears on Sign O The Times? Or is it a longer version that includes the "7 Minute Mo Quake" parts? I heard a Camille bootleg and this was the version programmed after "Rebirth Of The Flesh" so just curious.

Shame "Camille" never came out - amazing songs and they all do seem to sit well together in a very "upbeat" Prince record.

AFAIK the version of "Housequake" on Camille is exactly the same as SOTT.

Yep, it's the album version. You probably came across a fan compilation.

Most of these songs are are we know them now when they were on the Camille configuration. I put the songs together myself in a playlist to enjoy them in their original formation. I did put in the longer "Shockadelica" and "Feel U Up" versions, though.

The Mo'Quake was mixed for the sake of the 12" single of "U Got The Look".

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.
