I just want the pain to go away! I woke up this morning crying with P on my mind. Last night was such a beautiful night. As I was cooking in the kitchen, I had the Montreux 2013 concert playing in the background. I was so happy, watching P as I began dancing and singing along with him. Then I started getting excited thinking about going to PP next year and how much fun it will be. I really felt P's spirit and it made me so happy..I felt like I was in the crowd as I watched him perform on the screen of my phone. Now I'm just sad all over again, looking at his photos and crying. I started feeling chest pains..so I took a few deep breaths and it eventually went away. I don't know if I'll ever really be ready to visit PP. I know I just need to go. I know I'll never get over P's passing. As soon as I feel like I'm all healed up...one song is all it takes to break my heart all over again.. ... Please no mean or heartless comments. I'm sure there are many of you who understand how I'm feeling. [Edited 5/29/17 5:05am]

I know what you mean. As soon as I feel that my grief is getting better, something else pulls me back down. All I can say is ' Get ready, cause his birthday is coming up June the 7th and I lnow I'm feeling it already. I know Prince would not wants his fans to have been this sad for this long but....

Omg..I know. It's going to be such a sad day. I work that day but I get off early so I'll be sure to celebrate him when I come home. You're right, P wouldn't want any of us to be this sad for so long. However, we can't help it because we love him so much and he should still be here. None of us were expecting him to fly away so soon.

Have you ever had the situation that a boyfriend/girlfriend broke up with you? Well, whatever helped you get over that should work now as well... Detachment is a way of reaching a wiser stage of being Otherwise, I reccmmend Tylenol

I totally get it. Still good days and bad days. I wish he were still here. Its all so bittersweet (even the "good" days). It's a hurtful place, the world, in and of itself. We don't need to add to it. We all need one another. ~ PRN

I understand how you feel. . You were being sarcastic about the chest pains, right? . I feel the same way as you; I definately want to visit PP some day, but not sure when. It's gonna be tough, regardless. PP won't be the same without Prince ever again.

[Edited 5/29/17 5:05am] His music makes me extremely happy, but sometimes his voice or lyrics can lead to sadness. It's better than last year, but sometimes.... [Edited 5/29/17 15:27pm]

No, unfortunately the chest pains I had were real. It went away though, thank you. ..thank you for understanding too ..I'm sure going to PP with someone who loves P just as much would be so much easier than going alone. You're right, PP will never be the same without him. But I know his spirit is there and he sees everything that's going on.

Simply put, it's not the same without him and it's a void that will never go away.
people pass on everyday and you have to keep positive and cherish the memories and carry on their legacy. Easier said than done ofcourse , but it's something we have to do.

. If you have having chest pains, you should get to a doctor, asap! That's not something to take lightly--just showing concern. Please take care. . I know Prince is watching everything from up above, and he feels our love. . You know, I was in a grocery store the other day, and would you believe they were playing Raspberry Beret?

I just came back from a four day trip to Minneapolis. I spent two days at Paisley Park and it was AMAZING! I am so happy that I went there and don't regret spending the money to do so as I will be out of work with no job prospects in sight at the end of this week. But, I had to do this trip for my soul, to help me heal. I felt his love all around me as soon as I stepped into the foyer. Yes, I shed my tears as I stood there underneath the spot where his urn is placed now. I urge anyone who hasn't made the trip to take the VIP tour as it is the best. Our guide was very respectful of our grief. She is a huge Prince fan and she still grieves, so she understands how we feel. Our group consited of only 4 people- myself, my niece and my best friend. The fourth person was someone who was in training (but we didn't know about that at the start) to be a PP guide. On the VIP tour you get to spend much more time in each room and the guides tell you so much more about the items in the rooms. Minneapolis is so utterly beautiful! We went downtown to see the Prince sights and even went to Lake Minnetonka. I placed my toe in the lake so I guess I have been purified! Everything is so green and pretty there. Make sure you take the asphalt path leading from the left side of PP to the 'Graffit Bridge' site. There are two tunnels that are under the road in front of PP filled with graffiti and a fence that has momentos from fans on it. It is very moving in its own right. I cried as I read a note from someone who came to honor their brother who cherished Prince and who had passed away after Prince. I took pics of all the sections and will read them all later when I have time. So many people from all over the world left messages. It was truly heart warming to see the love that the fans have for our beloved Prince. [Edited 5/29/17 16:26pm]

. The picture you painted in my mind is so beautiful. I'm sure it was an incredible experience, and also heartbreaking and emotional at the same time. The VIP tour sounds wonderful and the small group probably made it much more enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your wonderful experience visiting Prince's house!! . P.S. Wishing you all the best in your job search!!

It sounds like you had the time of your life at PP and the whole trip in general sounds amazing. I'm sure you'll continue to cherish every single moment and photo you've taken while you were there. OMG I would love to visit Lake Minnetonka and be purified. I'd probably end up putting both of my feet in the water lol. I will definitely visit and when I do, I will make the most of it. I can only imagine how hard it might have been for you to see our Prince in his urn ..I know for sure I'll start crying. I definitely want to leave momentos for him along with some flowers. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us
