Wow thats a lot of money to turn down?!?!? He's turned down millions all over the world for concerts he couldn't or didn't want to do. Not to mention the fact that he really limited sponsorship and corporate deals in his touring. Also, his Hit n Run style of touring always kept ticket prices low for a majority of his tours. There is no doubt he could've seriously cashed out on the concert front. A Revolution reunion tour would have broke records worldwide.

. --I am not so much concerned about him but the idea that everybody that is super rich has horns growing out of their head. My guess is this guy was a fan and Prince probaly knew little about his private life or activities. I do remember someone who worked for him it might have been Van Jones who said that Prince had turned down 10 million to do a gig in Israel so he had a limit. Not entirely true, he turned down that amount of money to perform a bar mitzvah ,he didn't think it was cool enough for him that's what van said.

so the reason for his turning it down wasn't politically based, but because it wasn't cool enough?

. Nah, I didn't miss the names of other famous people; it's just too much to write about here.
