I've enjoyed this thread, as I have never put Come, TGE, And Exodus together in this way. When Come came out, most people including myself were disappointed but it seems to have aged well except for the excruciating Orgasm. I always did think TGE was really good, but didn't hear The Exodus until recently. It seems like a good companion piece to TGE, so funky that one can overlook those dated segues. All in all, an overlooked era of some wonderful funk music!
