Some orgers would like for the Org to be Prince's main concern.
Sadly, it wasn't.

Don't confuse our way of life with someone with an average weekly planning as loaded as Prince's.
Negative people already got "pFUNK" and "No More Candy 4 U", which sound more like how Prince would react. He surely wouldn't have a breakdown because of negativity in people. He ignored it.

The Breakdown lyrics are about himself, and time.
Time is the main subject in AOA.

Disagree - PFunk and No More Candy 4 U are proof that his music was influenced by fan behaviour online.

I think he was a lot more sensitive inside that people realise.

i didn't think the song was about that topic but i would not be so quick to write off the effects of the negativity here, it was awful, just toxic. and i can tell you, even the strongest person can be affected by constant negativity, it's like the water dropping on a rock, eventually it'll leave a hole. It's something that has been on my mind a lot with the work I do, people constantly being negative, not super negative, just always something and it's got me so I don't want to put any of my energy into these incredibly hard labor jobs anymore. I've been getting rid of a lot of customers lately and I wasn't like this a few years ago, constant drama, bickering, problems has got me just rather be broke than deal with it. I'm sure prince was effected by what he heard.

Agreed - he has referenced it in other songs too. It would be frustrating as whatever he tried to do people would criticise.
