Lies or Inaccuracies in Peter Hook book about New Order Peter Hook has a book out called "Substance - Inside New Order" It includes timelines of the band and in the book Peter claims that New Order played at First Ave in 1983 and were invited to the "club owner's" house, Paisley Park....
Um. There are a number of things wrong with this....

i imagine he might be conflating some memories/current knowledge...the man's only been sober a few years of his long life. still, inaccuracies like that shouldn't see print. |
