Did Prince every make a Music Video for Do Me Baby?

I can't never remember seeing one

No, the only released videos for the Controversy album were the title track and Sexuality.

I don't think there's any credible information that there was one filmed, however, the short film for "The Second Coming" was supposed to have pro-shot video footage from the 7th March 82 show in Bloomington, and Do Me Baby was performed at that show.

Given that all of Prince's music videos up until that point were "performance" videos, then it's more or less the same thing, except the footage is from an actual gig rather than filmed on a set.
