The Scandalous Sex Suite - WTH was going on there?

I haven't listened to this maxi CD single for years. So from what I can recall, and the end of the last track, Kim Basinger starts whimpering and there are sounds of what sounds like sniffing.

Combine these sounds with the honey rumour and I'm thinking "WTF?!!"

So yeah... as I hope no one gets kicked out for discussing sexual topics... can someone explain to me... what the heck was going on between Ms Basinger and Prince in the final moments?
