I do believe it's solely an instrumental. It was years before I realized the melody of it was the guitar solo for "Computer Blue". Such a great cross-germination there. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. | |

John L Nelson released a full length version in the past, and that was an insrumental, and the Purple Rain soundtack songbook contained it (as an instrumental) so I think it would be a shock of shocks if a vocal arrived. . | |
