My guess is the June 23rd date is a estimated release date, it could be released earlier or later. Also, they are probably in the process of getting the two concert videos set before an official press release is issued about the project. This is a huge release for them this year they can't flub it up, it has to be as perfect as can be.

I love that bounce! The live version is a slow bluesy number but that style fit in the context of the concert they were playing the night it was recorded.

Neither of those is official.

You can change your location but then I think you need a debit/credit card and billing address from that location in order to buy/stream. I think that's the case but not 100% sure, I use Google Play Music personally!

So people who are actually in Aus/India/Japan should be able to buy it already and they can definitely stream it already.

You can change country within the iTunes store at the bottom right of the page.

to hear the 1.5 min sample click on store then go the the bottom and click change country and Japan is like 3 sub-lists below... then search "purple rain deluxe" and then look a little down mine was on the left and click that image to see the full list...

So i was 100% wrong! it sounds like a totally new recording.

In the iTunes store of Turkmenistan the Expanded Edition is only USD 9.99. (Still not moving there.)

Okay we will see because outside of initial announcements there was very little promotion for AOA or Forever. I can only go by their track record so far.

I hope you know there is more to promotion then a press release.

That the date its a Friday worldwide release date, the digital can be dropped before the product is in stores. Things dont go up on iTunes without a release date.

It's pretty insane that this has managed to get this far without a new press release that specified the release date and announced the tracklist officially. A dedicated website to capture email addresses for a mailing list wouldn't have hurt, either. Something... Anything!

If they wanted to do Beyonce style guerrila tactics they should have just dropped the full digital release out of nowhere, with the physical to follow.

I don't doubt that they'll do some promotion, but letting this go live without officially announcing any info and then just waiting for us to find it, is pretty bizarre.
