Glad that god allowed us to be on earth at the same time with this amazing human being known as Prince. A year later and I cannot believe he is gone. This man's music was the theme of my teenage years and has guided me throughout my life. there will NEVER be another like him.
We shall all remain in the Purple Rain for you, and while you were not able to ' Take me with U", your music and "positivity" remains. "Paisley Park is in our heart", and even in the afterlife "U got the look", we shall always "Adore" you and your music crossed "Mountains", crossing through "Erotic city' all the way down to "Alphabet St", and even "Under the Cherry Moon" your presence remains "insatiable" "The Arms of Orion" have surely embraced you. Every day that has gone by in the past year, he has been in my thoughts. Almost every day in the past year, I have played his music. . I woke up 2 "Let's Go Crazy," like I have 4 the past few months. I love starting my day hearing "Dearly beloved, we r gathered here today 2 get through this thing called life." (My cat knows those words mean breakfast is coming soon.) . I wore a purple shirt. (I wear purple frequently...it's my favourite color, and that has nothing 2 do with Prince.) . I wore my . I enjoyed the tributes to Prince on the Tom Joyner Morning Show while driving 2 work. . I listened 2 "Diamonds and Pearls." I listened 2 "The Beautiful Ones." Those are my 2 favourite Prince songs. . I wore my purple apron at work, just as I do every day. . I played "Starfish and Coffee" as the transition song in my classroom all week. (I've played it during numerous weeks this school year.) . I'm watching "Purple Rain" at the moment. . Today was a pretty normal day, for the most part...a little more somber. Nonetheless, I choose 2 celebrate his life and the legacy of his great music. . Rest in peace, Prince. Thank u 4 your music. It still feels like a bad dream and so not real. I still feel your strong spirit all around. Your music is my comfort and my refuge as it has always been. You are my musical hero and I am still in awe of you. I miss you and love you so very much. This world is not the same without your actual presence here. As I was listening to the last musical arrangements in the song, "Purple Rain" I sat there in amazement. The musical arrangements of every song I listen to and the notations make the songs he wrote sound magical, like they came from heaven above. There are very few artist who are able to create such fine music I'm hearing at this moment. There will never be another soul as unique, bold, creative, and distinctive as Prince. There will never be another Prince. I can't just have one favorite song written by him since there are so many I love to listen to. A lot of his albums I can listen to from start to finish. He always was one of those artist who had the ability through his music to put me into calmness and relaxation and escape into a whole new world or generation. The start of the morning turned into fun and other drivers watching me dance to "Lady Cab Driver' in my car. Again there are just so many songs he wrote I love to listen to and I never knew it, being the age I am. I admit I don't know as much about what he was like before the NPG period. However, what I heard from family, friends and others who knew him during the millennial decade, he was one graceful soul, generous person, comical spirit and one amazing person to be around. Those in MN knew his persona personally and I was able to speak with them on what he was really like and what he meant to them. We all lost a beautiful brilliant soul. My heart misses him as an artist and a person. Let's remember the great times and the great memories he has given us. Prince, I am sending a HUGE thanks your way. Thank you for the fun times, the great memories, the jokes, and the life lessons. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn more about you. Because of you, my outlook on life has been so much different. Heaven have been missing their 👼 angel all along. Now they have him. I miss you and will always love you, your family friends, and fans. Tomorrow has been one year since Prince passed away. I have been a diehard fan since I was 12, initially falling in love with the song When Doves Cry. I had my mom get me the Purple Rain soundtrack, and was hooked ever since. I watched Purple Rain for the first time with my friends at my 13th birthday party. I got purple rain drops tattooed about 10 years ago as a symbol of my love for Prince and my favorite song, Purple Rain. I have listened to Prince almost every day for the last year, listening to songs I've not listened to before. Not just heard them, but really listened. I've come to learn many more things about him that I didn't know, and have come to admire even more the endless hypnotizing talent. Some of you have probably heard the song, but have you really listened? Prince is some body who will never be forgotten and will remain a part of my purple live forever and ever Amen. I'm not a human

I miss Prince so much. He was the last person whom I would have expected to pass away. I always thought he would live to be a very old man. I'll never forget hearing the news of his passing. I cried all day at work and for what seemed like an eternity. It will never seem real to me.
Prince, you were and always will be THE ONE. The world lost a lot of magic the day you transitioned to the after life.

Missing Prince like crazy. There are no words to express a loss of this magnitude. A year later, and it still hurts and it will hurt for a long time to come, but his spirit, energy and music will live on, forever. Prince was an incredible musician, but more importantly he was an incredible human-being!! I know he is completely overwhelmed with all this love we are sending. We lost him too soon, much too soon. Be at peace, Prince and we know in our hearts that God will embrace you with his everlasting love. In our hearts forever, PRN.
