Oh yeah, one of the greatest outtakes from the greatest lost album he ever made, The Dream Factory. Witness (4 the Prosecution) is total Sly meets Hendrix badass funkrock with our narrator exclaiming his obsession with his lover. The original demo kicks ass. An enticing dish...It starts with heavy drums. Then, liberally add hard rock/bluesy guitar. I have heard one other version, a version where a choir sings Witness 4 the Prosecution, but it sucks.
It's not really a hit song, per se, but it's an awesome song, due to the guitar, nonetheless.
