This is the guitar pic story though. The one Laura linked was about how Prince in 1985 during the PUrple Rain tour gave an overweight female audience member (who yelled I love you to prince) a guitar pic that said "Love God" and he told her I love you too. this girl was Dave Chappelle's sister. Dave was 11 years old at the time. He also said that when his sister woke up the next morning, she was still clutching the pick in her hand.
