AVALANCE...what a #%^^%##% masterpiece...

This song - compositionally, melodically, lyrically, production wise, vocally is otherwordly. I rate it up there with The Classics and arguably a Top 20 Prince Song). The only other song of the "Modern Era" in this category IMO is WAY BACK HOME.
