I found most of the anectdotes to be at least plausible if not outright probable. The one I found a little iffy was the story about walking in on the orgy and describing whose hand or mouth was doing what to whom. If I was an employee walking in on that, I don't think I'd stick around long enough to take note of that many details....just saying.

I don't know the situation there but I'm sure many of you have seen, as I have, blacks coming from different countries, maybe africa, maybe the carribean and not liking how american blacks act. I think it's hilarious and a little tragic, I know an ethiopian woman who tells her kids not to hang around black kids (common amongst africans) and how one of her friends families told their kids the same and how some black kids came over and beat their asses. Funny but sad too.

also, another thing, susan rogers has a couple fantastic post-death interviews and she describes the man as a workhorse and describes his work habits, how he had to isolate, which again, as a musician I completely understand. You cannot have people coming in and out, trying to get your attention, throwing tantrums, fighting with you and still get things done. I can tell you, it's draining keeping the world at bay, just purely draining to the point where I could cry about it. Prince had the resources to just lock people out, I don't, someone always comes along and wants something. Prince described what it's like in the RS 85 interview where he said his cook will come in the room and it's like someone from a different time. People aren't very understanding of that and they will get angry at you. Like I said, people like acknowledgement, and you can't be dispersing your energy like that and focussing your energy at the same time. So, if he did have all those women, he must have had a very good way of keeping them out of the musical portion of his life. And most women aren't humble enough to understand that they have to play second fiddle to something else.

oh yeah, i remember that quote, thanks. rosie was one of the great talents around him, too bad he fucked her over. she seems to still love him and I know that many of the fans here hate her but I always loved that kind of voice, not just with Prince but anywhere. Those kinds of talents are getting rarer and rarer.

Well remember WB cut off the funds to Paisley Park and the marketing for his recordings on Paisley was terrible. I think Rosie would have put out a record that would have received no promotion just based on WB/Paisley Park track record.

I love Rosie's voice but take a look at the industry even today it is filled with skinny women of all races who cannot carry a tune.

I wasn´t a fan of the NPG, but always liked Rosie. With a proper record she would have killed it in the early 90s. Well, same story like Jill Jones. I wonder if this was something Prince regreted in his later years.

Like I said this info has been around for years. I even remember reading some of it on another site back in the late 90s. Some of it has been revelved to be true and most of it is paulsible.

I have said it a million times before. One of the reasons the greasy tabloid media has not dug crediable dirt on Prince is because most of his antics were well known and not really all that terrible.

He was a playboy/rockstar and was putting mild compared to others in his industry.

The Carment story was interesting. What I thought was odd was the names of the other chicks, particularly Lilly, who rumored has Prince's love child from a message here on the org.
