Again with the insinuations It is not someone else.

Frankly, I'm more likely to believe that KCOOL was affiliated with Prince than I am some of these folks on here presently claiming to have been friends with him. And, last time I checked, I have the right to my own opinions and beliefs...and no one can stop me from sharing them. That is all.

I checked it out long ago by looking at his posts here. For the first hour or two of that, I thought he was Prince. And then I came across evidence that he wasn't. So I've already done the work. Prince was here under 2 handles that I have found. I don't know who made up this "representative" term, but it's a bit over the top in officiality. (smiles)

Representative, associate, insider, affiliate...whatever you want to call it. Actually, to be more precise, I believe that more than one person, perhaps sometimes even Prince himself, posted on the KCOOLMUSIQ account, as the writing style sometimes varied.

BTW: What, pray tell, were those two handles that you found to be Prince's? (smiles)

I don't know if she understood him correctly or not, but self-preservation is actually the deepest problem of human nature. So as reliance as he was on God, he was also very self-reliant. Maybe confidence is what he was implying...I did noticed he would mention self-preservation before going into Cream at a couple of shows, as well as emphasizing "self-preservation conversation" and "conversation with yourself".

Then again i honestly don't see confident associating with self-preserve. I think of it more as a natural instinct to stay alive that perhaps is based on pain, trauma or fear.

He mentioned self preservation at one of the Oakland shows. He said something like "we're going to have a conversation about that later [in the show]" but I don't think he ever did. Another theme was "we need a new story". That came up during the Oakland shows.

@Rogifan, I heard that too. He does mention both "self-preservation" and" new story" at Paramount and Oracle shows. This might have been from the same show you listened to but at one point after he says self-preservation. He goes one to say...*or else lose someone*

@Lovejunky, From what I can recall...starting from Auckland to Atlanta, he would keep mentioning "self-preservation" throught out these shows as if it were a subliminal message. I don't think he has even said in any other shows years prior. So for me it is something that makes me wonder.
